- Keep and daily care of the stallion are born by Haras d'Etreham, manager of the syndicate
- Shareholders, breeding right holders and management of the syndicate amount to 108 nominations per year. The proceeds of nominations sold over this threshold are split between the 50 shareholders after deduction of marketing costs, EBF, Breeders' Cup nomination and relative costs.
- Mortality insurance for each share is the responsibility of each shareholder
- Share transfers are subject to a preemption right by the existing shareholders for a duration of 15 days, unless the purchaser is already a shareholder.
- The share is sold with 10% VAT (refundable for VAT-registered buyers in the EU)
